Anime Death: The Saddest Scenes Ever!

Today`s topic is the saddest death scenes I ever watched in Anime.As anime fans I think most of us have experience that moment when your favourite character dies despite all the wishes and fingers crossing.It`s probably the worst moment ever in anime fandom, I experienced the death of my  favourite anime character at a young age. Mufasa from the lion king, that was my very first favourite character ever and when he died I remember I cried like a baby.

Lancer Fate/Zero

 It was very hard for me as a little girl to watch my favourite character die, I don`t know if that first experience have anything to do with my choice of characters now. For some mysterious reason most of my favourites characters always end up dead, that doesn`t happen often to most anime fans.I don`t know why I`m one of those fans who experience that all the time.You never get use to it,I still feel the same stress, silent prayer or anguish when I see my favourite character die and I have seen a lots of death scenes over the years. These are the saddest death scenes I ever seen:

Maes Hugues: Fullmetal Alchemist (Brotherhood)

Hugues death is one of the saddest ever, he was a kind man, a loving husband and father who was killed by a coward to took his wife appearance and what really pissed me off was what king Bradley was thinking when hugues daughter was crying at his funeral, that was a bit too much I think! 

 Jiraiya : Naruto Shippuden                                                                                                

                                                                                   

  

Ero sannin is one of my fav characters in Naruto shippuden and I`m not a big fan of the show, he was goofy, funny, madly in love with tsunade, a wise man and super strong more like super super strong. He fought all the incarnations of pain alone when the whole konoha village full of ninja and their hokage couldn`t hold them back, he did lose his life but it wasn`t in vain he left clues that helped save his village. A real ninja and hero who taught some of the strongest ninjas ever: the 4th hokage minato namikaze, nagato or pain, the 7th hogake Naruto uzumaki. " I believe true peace can still be achieved in this world"  Giraya dream and goal as a ninja and a master.

Akame Ga Kill                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

It`s not shocking to see a character die in akame ga kill, we knew from the beginning it`s one of those anime where no one is safe but Chelsea death was still shocking to me, I was really hoping she`ll make it alive!

                         Lelouch V Britannia: Code Geass
                                                   

Lelouch lamperouge or zero if you prefer wasn`t an angel, he killed his half brother clovis and his half sister euphemia, he also did a lot of awful things like control people minds but he`s still my fav character of the series. He committed all these crimes for a good cause, he didn`t use the best methods but the thing is he brought changes and even sacrificed himself and took all the blame to leave a peaceful world for his sister nunnally and his friends. 

Special Ops Squad(Thomas Wagner): Shingeki No Kyojin                                                                     

It`s time to be honest it took me over a year to finally watch attack on titan and I have to say it`s worst than game of throne, everyone seem to die and I couldn`t keep up with the deaths.It`s such a gory anime and the fact that it`s such a hit kind of worries me, do people really love to see desperation and death so badly? Mikasa is my new girl she`s such a cool character and I also love rivaille but I`m not holding my breath for the second season.

Ryuzaki or L Lawliet: Death Note                                                                                   

I think I don`t need to introduce this great detective, he was a weirdo with a great mind. I loved his exchange with light yagami he wasn`t fooled he knew all along light was kira but he couldn`t prove it, it`s hard to do when dealing with soul reapers and it cost him his life. His death scene was so unexpected, I never thought he`ll die that`s what makes death note a masterpiece.

Shiro Fujimoto: Ao no exorcist                                                                                               

Shiro fujimoto death scene made me cry like a baby, he had a fight with his son rin who told him he`s not his real father, which so much he succumbed to darkness and satan possessed him but his love for his sons was stronger and he committed suicide to protect rin okomura from his real father. T hat`s what I call a real father and a hero!

Itachi Uchiha: Naruto Shippuden                                                                                                          

Itachi uchiha story is another anime tragedy, we all thought he was a monster who wipped out his entire clan and betrayed his village. He was actually a hero who killed his own family for peace and left to protect his younger brother who lived only to kill him. The uchiha clan power is a gift and a curse, a strong hatred between brothers have been going on for generations.

Ulquiorra Schiffer: Bleach                                                                                                          

Ulquiorra schiffer or espada quatro is my fav character in the hueco mundo arc, he`s probably ichigo`s only opponent to beat him at each one of their encounter. Ichigo thought he was the top espada and his goal was to beat to end the fights, little did he know he was actually the 4th espada and the shock on ichigo`s face was priceless when he found out. Ulquiorra definitely deserved the first place and I was hoping kubo sensei will bring him back instead of grimmjow, his death scene was both beautiful and sad.  

Portgas D Ace: One Piece                                                                                                         

I`m a big one piece fan it`s my fav anime after dragon ball z and I have to say ace death traumatised me a bit, I can`t like a cool, funny and hyper strong shonen character without being scared he`ll get killed like ace. I cried for days and I have teary eyes while writing this. I`ll never forgive Oda sensei for killing off such a great character when law is being shot at and cut into pieces only to come back to life. One piece is turning into a joke with the dressrosa arc, marineford was epic and I was expecting the same thing with dressrosa whith donquixote doflamingo and his crew as opponents.
